Unfortunately, the Mercedes-Benz Surf Festival had to take a complete break in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, and the festival on the south beach on Fehmarn was also unable to take place on the traditional Ascension Day date in 2021. However, it now looks as though it will be possible to test and celebrate again from 16 to 19 September. And as planning is already in full swing in the background, the first items on the programme have already been finalised.

The centrepiece of the festival will of course be the free testing of the new wing, SUP and windsurfing equipment. It is currently expected that more than 20 brands will once again be represented with test equipment.

All other programme items, such as the Mercedes-Benz Riders Academy, are already in the starting blocks, as is the Beach Camp. Of course, certain rules will still have to be observed in September. Everything about this and the latest news can be found at www.surffestival.de/covid-19/
