New functions, intuitive operation and an impressive battery life - the quatix 7 GPS marine smartwatch from Garmin ensures maximum comfort on board. Coupled with a compatible Garmin chartplotter, autopilot, wind system or Fusion entertainment system, the on-board electronics can be conveniently operated from anywhere. The controls are more intuitive than ever before - using the familiar 5-button operation or the new, responsive touchscreen. Information such as water depth, engine speed and wind are displayed directly on the wrist.

The extensive functions leave nothing to be desired: Regatta sailors benefit from the Garmin sailing assistant with virtual start line, distance to start line, countdown timer and tacking assistant. Skippers also benefit from tide data, an anchor line length calculator and the new anchor alarm.

Thanks to high-precision route recording and positioning, safety is ensured at all times. If an emergency situation arises and a crew member goes overboard, the quatix 7 can be used to save the GPS position of the person to be rescued and navigate them back there. A 3-axis compass, gyroscope, barometric altimeter, optional BlueChart g3 marine maps and pre-installed topo maps for Europe ensure optimum navigation on land and on the water. With a battery life of 18 days, the smartwatch is particularly impressive on longer trips.

Developed for an active lifestyle, the quatix 7 series offers pre-installed activity profiles for numerous sports as well as reliable 24/7 health tracking with physiological measurements. Particularly helpful: All data can be viewed and analysed, activities shared, training plans created or routes planned via Garmin Connect.

The quatix 7 is also a real eye-catcher in everyday life. Equipped with a stainless steel case and a 1.3-inch high-resolution display with a Corning Gorilla glass lens, the smartwatch is both robust and sporty and elegant. Connected to a compatible smartphone, incoming calls and messages are sent directly to the wrist. Garmin Pay and Garmin Music provide additional convenience on the go, while the SOS function and LED torch come into play in the dark and in an emergency.
