You can find these spots in the download:
- Lake Plön
With its idyllic lakes, Holstein Switzerland is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Germany. But because there is an abundance of water and wind in the far north, the surfing scene treats the lakes between the North Sea and Baltic Sea more than stepmotherly - and wrongly so.
- Lake Selent
On windy days, the Kiel wave scene drives past Lake Selent on its way to Weißenhaus via the 202 federal road. It is the best wind indicator in the area, and you can already imagine the day by looking at the whitecaps.
- Kiel Fjord
The city centre par excellence is the Kiel Fjord. It is the heart of the city and divides it into the western and eastern parts. There are surf spots on both shores, so you can find a suitable spot in any wind direction.
- Schlei
The Schlei is more for specialists. The surfing opportunities are limited and you should be familiar with the area. But you can expect fantastic scenery.
