Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) may sound like a leisure activity, but at a competitive level it is a highly demanding sport. In the finals, a sprint is held using a system of heats, semi-finals and finals to determine the best athletes for the final. The race covers a distance of 160 metres. Only two athletes start in each race (head-to-head). The first to cross the finish line wins.
On the IMAS Sportsystems website, you can find the individual heats and times for the 2026 Women’s Parallel Sprint finals. Heats, semi-finals and finals.
