Your tasks

  • Processing dealer enquiries (telephone, e-mail)
  • Order acceptance and entry
  • Processing of complaints
  • Processing of transport damage
  • Data processing and maintenance in the merchandise management programme
  • Customer care and maintenance of customer relationships
  • Taking on sales-related special projects
  • General administrative tasks
  • Support for the AD at events and trade fairs

Your profile

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Very good knowledge of kitesurfing, windsurfing, SUP, Wing
  • Professional experience in sales
  • Service-orientated thinking and acting
  • Confident in using MS Office
  • Assertiveness and ability to work in a team
  • Flexibility and a high degree of personal responsibility
