Hawaii Island Finals was the name of the fifth and final contest of the 2010 Stand-Up World Tour. This series, which is held in the waves, is very much to the taste of "Waterman" Kai Lenny. The protégé of hero Robby Naish is at home on many boards, and last year he also competed at the Windsurf World Cups in Klitmöller and on Sylt. Lenny had already scored points at the start of the tour with a win on Oahu, followed by a third place in France, before taking 17th place in Tahiti.

The super talent was already back on the podium in Brazil with second place, so he went into the final as the favourite. He confidently cleared all his opponents out of the way, even the Frenchman Antoine Delpero was unable to stop him in the final. Amazingly, behind Lenny, who thus won the tour, Peyo Lizarazu, the brother of former FC Bayern footballer Bixente, secured second place in the annual rankings. The list also includes some well-known names from the windsurfing camp: Zane Schweitzer, Robby Naish and Kauli Seadi, who had sporadically taken part in an event. Tour manager Tristian Boxford (ex-PWA pro from England) was satisfied with the season.
