The 2025 World Championships in Stand-Up Paddling will take place in Abu Dhabi until 2 November. Here we show you the way to videos and results. Peter Weidert has already secured a gold medal in the sprint in the 50+ age group, as has Manuel Lauble in the men's 40+ class. Normen Weber, who is obviously still a super sprinter, even made it into the sprint final in the open class and finished in 5th place.

The 2025 World Stand-Up Paddling (SUP) Championships will be held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The event is jointly organised by the Emirates Canoe and Rafting Federation (ECRF) and the International Canoe Federation (ICF) and is regarded as a prestigious event that brings together the best athletes in the sport, even if some of the top favourites from recent years are not competing.

As many as 460 athletes from 56 nations have made the journey to Abu Dhabi this year and will be at the starting line. Three flat-water disciplines with the courses shown below are on the programme.
