Tip: At just under eleven feet long, the board runs quite well even when paddling, and the flat bottom curve makes it more suitable for the lake than for swell waves.

Type: Hardboard, with centreboard option

The JP board comes with full windsurfing equipment and impresses in the test as an intermediate windsurfing board with good paddle options. The large centreboard ensures the best upwind cruising, it is easy to operate and with the centreboard folded in, the board with its rather flat underwater curve gives a planing feeling that is most similar to "real" windsurfing boards with sufficient pressure. Even foot steering, as on shorter planing boards, can be practised on it. It reacts very quickly to classic rig steering or foot steering with the centreboard unfolded.

Advantages: Windsurfing tour; windsurfing beginner
