Test 2017 - All-round boards: JP-Australia Cruisair SE 11'6'' x 30''
The JP-Board Cruisair SE 11'6" is extremely light and hangs particularly sporty and fast on the foot.

The evenly slim, forward-running shape not only conveys good speed visually, but also runs through the water with little resistance. With the stretched outline (comparatively long and narrow), the board looks the sportiest together with the RRD. The moderately wide tail is well designed, so the board is quite stable in the water, but can still be turned easily and smoothly. There is still enough space and stability, both during crossbow turns and when you dare to take a long step backwards. The board is only five inches thick, which makes for a sporty, lower stance, but gives way more noticeably under heavy riders weighing over 85kg. The six-inch thick LE version should be of interest to them.

PLUS Very sporty, yet stable; super lightMINUS With a thickness of five inches for heavy paddlers weighing 90 kilos or more, it has a slightly softer feel

CONCLUSION The JP is a super fast touring and fitness board with good all-round characteristics. Its low weight makes it a good, particularly sporty recommendation for lighter paddlers.
