As a nimble heavy transporter, the JP board combines seemingly opposites. The lightweight design ensures comfort on land and a lively feeling on the water. Nevertheless, together with the F2, the WindSupAir offers the highest load capacity and tipping stability, whereby the board is not sluggish on the water due to its light weight.

When windsurfing, it looks very well trimmed and runs well straight ahead, as well as responding equally well to sail control when jibing and tacking. Jibes are also possible with smaller sails in a very tight radius. This is probably due in part to the comparatively far back base plate and the wide tail, which acts like a turning disc on the water when stepping backwards. As a result, fast turns can be celebrated with a paddle, while at the same time maximising the safety of not falling in. The price of the large width is paid by smaller paddlers who can hardly realise a clean technique with vertical paddle control.
