Stand UP paddling on the Main is currently the latest water sports discipline. Of course, the Rheim Main Windsurfing Club is also committed to SUP and offers the following spots:
- Special mention should be made of the station at D3, a boat directly below the youth hostel on the Sachsenhausen side of the Old Bridge. Courses are offered here for beginners. (2 hours = 50 euros)
- Advanced riders can also hire boards there to get out on the water.
- For the really obsessed, there is the "early morning session" before you go into the office, as well as the "after work sundown tour" after work.
- At the Borussia rowing clubs (just before the Gerbermühle), beginners are trained and tours are started on set dates.
Company intensives, stag parties, birthday parties or simply family reunions can be celebrated here on the water.
Of course, it is always possible to take a group on trips to other rivers (Lahn etc.). Training courses and events will be organised for young people aged 13 and over during the summer holidays.
