You only stand a few millimetres lower on the almost six-inch-thick board, but this gives a pleasant surfing feeling, and perhaps the design also gives the impression of a thinner shape. The side struts add to the stiffening effect, making the board look nice and direct. The large width provides a lot of security and the slim, elegantly rounded nose conveys a nice mix of speed and stability. With plenty of volume in the nose, the board carries a decent amount of luggage and the wide tail not only makes turns easy and smooth, but could also use a thick bag. The good click fin system completes the picture.
