Generally speaking, there are two different types of foiled 360s: Depending on whether the 360 is ridden upwind or downwind, it is referred to as a downwind or upwind 360, while the windward version, the upwind 360, has several variants - including the upwind 360 whipped. The addition "Whipped"(to whip = to whip) here stems from the fact that the wing rotates quickly when the manoeuvre is executed.
Anyone who has already tried the first wingfoil manoeuvres such as Turning , Jibs or the Duckjibe can easily get started and put the Upwind 360 on the agenda.
In a short clip from the Duotone Foil Academy you can recognise the most important sticking points.
