Balance boards are a fun way to train balance, coordination and core and leg muscles - making them ideal as training equipment for water sports enthusiasts. The new balance board from Sensosports has an integrated rope safety device that can be variably adjusted using a tensioning strap and connects the roller to the board either loosely or more firmly. In this way, different levels of difficulty can be set and beginners have the option of slowing down the board's deflections and slowly feeling their way around. The safety system should also offer advantages in terms of safety, as the board and roller always remain connected as a unit. As the roller is always correctly aligned under the board before the start, children can also practise on the board relatively safely.
Included with the Sensosports Balance Board is theBlackroll Standarda roller that is recommended for users weighing up to 80 kilos. Optionally there is also theBlackroll Pro (up to 100 kilos) and a thinner roller for children, which Blackroll Slim. The following short clip gives a good impression of how the Balance Board works.
