As with our other Learnivals, participants are divided into skill levels and trained for 3-4 hours per day. However, the clocks tick a little slower here. At the 45Plus Learnival, the courses are adapted to the fitness level of the participants. If you don't want to use the resulting breaks to relax, you can simply go to the heater yourself or perfect what you have learnt previously. Surfing takes place directly in front of the hotel. Depending on the tide, there is a standing area. Otherwise, the spot offers a great freeride piste. There is a maximum wave of 30cm in the whole area. As a special highlight, you can also surf several times at the speed spot. It is located 2 km downwind of the centre. It doesn't get any flatter than this. Your equipment is brought there and picked up again by tractor. Service doesn't get any better than this. In the evening, everyone who wants to will meet for dinner together in the main restaurant, and later for a nightcap in the hotel bar. Accommodation is at Camp Dakhla Attitude on the Isla del Dragon. The camp is divided into two areas, with the centre right in the middle. Upwind is the simpler Windhunter Camp and downwind is the slightly better Dragon Camp and the high-quality VIP bungalows. The hotel is located directly at the spot, at the windsurfing centre of our partner from Crete, Freak Surf. The Freak Surf Centre Dakhla was opened in December 2018. It is managed by our partners from Crete, Hannes and Lukas. The centre is equipped with well-maintained JP and NeilPryde/Gaastra equipment and is located in the Dakhla Attitude area - from bed to board par excellence.

The next edition of the most successful Caribbean Learnival ever will finally take place at the end of February! This year, the popular Learnival will once again take place in Tobago, one of the best learning areas in the world. We offer 3-4 hours of windsurfing instruction and an extensive social programme every day for six days. Get out of the cold, wet German winter and into the tropical warm water. All with a guarantee of fun and relaxation: dreamy Robinson Crusoe Island and nice people, relaxing in the hammock, surfing and lazing around. The motto here is to do what's fun: surfing, relaxing, diving, golfing, discos, eating and drinking well! At Pigeon Point you will find a very comfortable shallow water area with the most beautiful water colours and perfect conditions for all skill levels. With wind forces of around 4 to 5 Bft, everyone really gets their money's worth. The Pure Wave Camp is now one of our classics. This time it will take place at the spot where many pros spend the winter training, in El Medano. In April, Tenerife awaits you with a very good combination of wind and wave probability. The Tenerife Windsurf Solution Centre (tws) in El Medano is the perfect starting point for an unforgettable week in and around the waves. The sandy beach with its sideonshore wind from the left offers you optimal and forgiving wave conditions. We start the day with a morning sports programme, a view of the sea and a delicious breakfast. Then it's off into the waves with surfboards and SUP and in the afternoon, when the wind picks up, we get started with the windsurfing equipment. Our experienced instructors will teach you everything you want to learn, from your first shorebreak crossing to vertical wave rides. Whether loops or bottom turns, the coaching team knows no limits, but never forgets the essentials: We train your eye and your feeling for the wave. We organise a varied supporting programme around surfing, e.g. an excursion followed by dinner in the town of El Medano. You will stay at the 3-star Hotel Playa Sur Tenerife, right next to the centre. If you prefer a 4-star hotel, you can stay at the Hotel El Médano right in the town centre. It is also only a 10-minute walk to the station. If you prefer to stay in a flat, we offer flats directly at the station. These have 2 - 3 separate bedrooms, so participants can also share the flats.

The classic Learnival, the Ride & Learn! The events have left nothing to be desired and have always been an all-round success: we offer targeted learning programmes for almost all skill levels, with which you are guaranteed to celebrate your own personal sense of achievement. Each participant receives four hours of training a day, six days a week. From beginners to freestylers, everyone gets their money's worth here! With a comfortable sandbank, wind sideshore from the left, almost 100% drift-proof. For this largest windsurfing training event in the world, we take up to 30 participants per week. A correspondingly large number of highly qualified instructors will of course be on hand to provide you with help and advice during the two weeks. You can also expect good, reliable wind in May and the best equipment from JP, Patrick Boards and Sailloft. You will stay in the comfortable Sentido Palm Royale. Ladies Only - Alacati
ONLY for women, from beginners to power jibes!

The unique event by women and only for women, of course at one of the best learning spots in the world. With its large standing area, good wind and perfect flat water conditions, Alacati offers the ideal conditions for stress-free windsurfing and learning. In addition, with Helena and Tina you will have experienced and competent instructors at your side, who will ensure that you spend an unforgettable week in Alacati! Training will take place in small groups, divided according to ability level, with a maximum of seven participants per course - this guarantees that each of you will receive full attention. For this reason, the Learnival is also limited to a maximum of 20 participants in total! The event will take place at our long-standing partner centre ASPC. In addition to windsurfing (at least 3-4 hours of lessons per day), there is a lot more on offer! For example, an extensive supporting programme, stretching and cosy sundowners as well as dinner in various restaurants, BBQ on the beach and of course a compulsory visit to Cesmes Hamam including massage and bubble bath. With the Hotel Ileri, we have chosen a family-run hotel with simple but clean and well-kept rooms and a very good breakfast buffet with a cosy atmosphere. The greenest island in the eastern Aegean awaits anyone looking for an original, Greek atmosphere in the midst of a beautiful landscape: family-orientated, with beautiful, idyllic small hotel complexes on mountain slopes, away from mass tourism. The view of the landscape is reminiscent of the Lake Garda region. Here, not only surfing but also hiking and biking dreams come true! And all of this is combined in one Learnival. What to expect: Surf course, 1x jeep tour 09:00 - 14:00, then surf course again, at least three hours course every day. Anyone can take part from KS 4 (footstraps, water start). For example, power jibe, duck jibe, jumping, speed, air jibe and all desired manoeuvres are taught. Finally, you can let off steam and compete in a regatta. Of course with a final barbecue at the centre. If it's calm, there's a great bike tour. For accommodation, we recommend the Stella Bay Hotel directly at the centre or the Maria Studios in the heart of Kokkari!

The luxury event for all windsurfers aged 45 and over! You will be staying in one of the best hotels Egypt has to offer, the luxurious "Sentido Palm Royal Abu Soma". The 5-star oasis, beautifully situated in a bay, offers exclusive and generously equipped rooms, a huge pool area, wellness area with sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, massage and fitness centre, numerous à-la-carte restaurants, cocktail lounge and various bars - in other words, everything your heart and holiday mood desires! The surfing area is also one of the most comfortable in the Red Sea. Surfing takes place at one of the best flat water spots in the world: constant wind, a large standing area at high tide, no stones in the water and inviting, warm, light turquoise flat water downwind of the sandbank make for fantastic learning conditions. As with our other Learnivals, participants are divided into ability levels and trained for three to four hours a day. However, the clocks tick a little slower here. At the 45Plus Learnival, the courses are adapted to the physical abilities of the participants. If you don't want to use the resulting breaks to rest, you can simply go and heat yourself or perfect what you have learnt previously. In the evening, everyone who wants to will meet for dinner in the main restaurant and/or later in Jonny's Bar. The offer also includes an evening together in one of the speciality restaurants on the hotel grounds, to which you are also welcome to bring your partner/friends who are not taking part in the event. Alacati - the original spot for all surf learners! From beginners to advanced harness and waterstart students to power jibe beginners, we recommend the Ride & Learn in Alacati in the coming season! In Alacati, the area attracts with a huge standing area, sideshore wind and perfect opportunities for beginners and advanced riders. In autumn, the water temperatures are still pleasantly warm, while the first sub-zero temperatures are already being reached at home. We offer at least four hours of lessons a day, organised according to ability level and learning requirements! As in the past, we have an excellent station partner in the ASPC centre. The station is again equipped with the latest material. There will be no shortage of equipment here. In addition to the daily training sessions, we will of course also offer you a varied social programme with a video evening, dinner together, a final BBQ at the station with a big raffle...and much more! Our hotel recommendation is the Hotel Ileri, where most of our Learnival participants stay. Here you can meet up with the other participants and trainers in the evening for a drink or two at the bar or in one of the neighbouring pubs and talk about the day's experiences. If the wind drops, there is a wingfoil lesson included for the advanced students.

We are delighted to present the "Pure Wave Learnival" in Maceio with our long-standing coaches and World Cup pros Axel Pielenz and Adi Beholz. As usual, there will be around four hours of training per day over six days. There is also an extensive supporting programme. Maceio is the easiest wave spot in Brazil: side-offshore wind, flat sandy beach, no wind cover and plenty of space on the water. Even without swell, the wave always reaches a height of around 1 - 1.5 metres. With swell, it can sometimes reach two metres. You will stay in one of the four pousadas. For the event, we recommend the Pousada Villa Zen or the Pousada Coco Cabanal, directly behind the windsurfing centre.

During the winter months, Cape Town is one of the best windsurfing locations in the world. It is not for nothing that the majority of professionals spend the winter here to prepare for the season in constant world-class conditions. The south-east trade wind reliably spoils the Cape of Good Hope with wind and waves, and if this should unexpectedly fail to materialise, Cape Town and the surrounding area offer a huge range of sightseeing, nightlife and wildlife. The local windsurfing conditions are predestined for advanced wave beginners and allow you to choose the wave height and wind strength from the multitude of spots. Your experienced coaches and worldcuppers Flo Jung and Adi Beholz know the area like the back of their hand. This experience is worth its weight in gold when it comes to knowing which spots break the best waves, how to learn as much as possible on the water and how to get to know the land of the Cape of Good Hope with many unique experiences. With almost no time difference, you will spend nine unforgettable days in South Africa. Your coaches will provide exclusive personalised coaching with video and photo analysis to teach you the art of surfing as efficiently as possible and will take you on a journey that will bring you closer to the fascinating landscape of South Africa. A wide range of rental equipment is available for those who don't want to bring their own. You can expect an extensive supporting programme that will impress you in every respect: Friday is Braaiday followed by a party in Camps Bay, a mountain hike to Lions Head, a visit to the food market in Woodstock, an excursion to the Cape of Good Hope, surfing in Muizenberg and much more (from parachute jumps to safaris in the national park). We will be staying at the fantastic Beach Villas Guest House, which is located directly on Melkbos Beach. You will spend unforgettable days to the rhythm of the waves and the wind.
