Ceremony at Defi Wind: New members inducted into the Windsurfing Hall of Fame

For the first time, the Windsurfing Hall of Fame was able to honour its new members not just virtually, but with a small ceremony. Among others, Björn Dunkerbeck, Monty Spindler, Peter Thommen, Brian Talma and many others were present live at Defi Wind. Robby Naish, Fred Haywood and Rhonda Smith-Sanchez congratulated them via video message. National hero Antoine Albeau was particularly cheered.

surf Magazin is a partner of the Windsurfing Hall of Fame, and founder Uli Stanciu and editor-in-chief Andreas Erbe have already been inducted. The WHOF was created by Jonathan Weston, and numerous legends from all over the world are involved in the nomination and honouring process.
