We One, the young board label from Austria, has teamed up with GunSails for distribution. You can now order the turquoise and black boards from the GunSails shop.

Sailing giant GunSails now also has boards in its shop: The complete We One range can be ordered on the website and is then dispatched directly from Austria. Advice, processing and after-sales support will be provided by the team in Saarbrücken. "With fresh shapes, first-class quality and clever features, We One embodies the perfect combination of innovation and passion - at an unbeatable price. These values are in line with the GunSails philosophy, which places the highest demands on performance and affordability," reads a press release.

In the run-up to the event, the GunSails team in Tarifa had been intensively involved with the We One boards and had been in close contact with Ben van der Steen. The former World Cup rider also lives in Tarifa and is one of the brains behind We One, primarily responsible for the racing sector. The manoeuvre boards are developed by Pau Simmerl, shaper and CEO is Gerhard Scharl.

Ten board lines at favourable prices

A total of ten windsurf board lines from wave and freestyle to race and foil are available in the GunSails shop, plus a line of wing boards. Only the foil board breaks the 2000 euro mark, all other models are available for moderate prices from 1775.00 euros (without fins), the We Wing costs 1289.00 euros. According to the manufacturer, all series boards are designed and manufactured in a stable construction: "The underside is finished with a 4 mm PVC sandwich. High-quality E-glass with various carbon materials give the boards the right combination of stiffness, stability and flex control. In addition, all boards are equipped with intelligent stringer technology, depending on size and type. The deck consists of a 6 mm PVC double sandwich construction (except freeride, slalom and foil)." All boards also come with an integrated NFC chip, which can be used to register your board and protect it against theft.

We One came into the public eye at boot Düsseldorf in early 2023. Gerhard Scharl and his team were at the start with a complete range of boards, and at the surf festival in May you could test all the models for yourself.
