The Deutscher Windsurfer Club e.V. and the Windsurfing Club Dümmersee e.V. are offering a training camp for the Techno 293 class from 24 to 27 July. During the four days, the focus will be on intensive training under the guidance of experienced and licensed trainers. The camp will conclude with a regatta where participants will be able to apply what they have learnt under competitive conditions. The event is supported by the 1001Grad team, which already has a wealth of experience in organising the Girls Camp with Lina Erpenstein and hosts the Racer of the Sea and Winger of the Sea regattas.
Versatile programme for all levels
The Techno Camp is not only aimed at experienced Techno 293 riders, but is also open to beginners and water sports fans with other equipment. Thanks to a cooperation with the Dümmersee surf centre, an additional "funboard group" is offered. Complete surf beginners also have the opportunity to complete a beginner's course parallel to the camp. This means that surfers of all levels and with different equipment can take part in the event. In addition to training on the water, an extensive supporting programme provides variety on land.
The organisers are offering participants a complete package that includes training, catering, participation in the regatta and camping fees. Those who register by 31 April can benefit from an early bird discount of 50 euros. During the four days, participants will be supervised by experienced coaches and can improve their skills in a targeted manner. A photographer will accompany the camp and ensure lasting memories.
New format at Lake Dümmer
With Lake Dümmer, the organisers have chosen a well-known surfing spot in Lower Saxony as the venue. The lake offers good conditions for Techno 293 surfers and is easily accessible thanks to its central location. The new event format complements the existing programme at Lake Dümmer and should attract Techno 293 enthusiasts from all over Germany. Thanks to the cooperation of various organisations such as the German Windsurfing Club, the local windsurfing club and the experienced event team from 1001grad, the course has been set for a professional event.
