Everyman regattas: Mystic supports Racer and Winger of the Sea

The 1001grad Events team, which is behind the Racer of the Sea and Winger of the Sea beginner competition programmes, is being supported by Mystic Germany this season. The clothing, neoprene and accessories brand is equipping the team with standardised outfits for the events.

"We are extremely grateful for Mystic's support, as it offers benefits on so many levels. Having a partner like Mystic on board makes us very proud and will further enhance the events for both the team and the participants in the future," say the two initiators Oliver Tom Schliemann and Leon Delle, who are delighted with the collaboration.

In addition to the good visibility, which also helps participants on site to quickly recognise who to contact, and the uniform appearance of the team, there are other positive aspects of the cooperation, the two write in a press release: "Mystic's products are of very high quality, making them ideal for the 1001grad Events team, which is in action in all weather conditions. Mystic also attaches great importance to sustainability. They use organic cotton, use 70% recycled polyester and are largely plastic-free when it comes to packaging," they say.

The season kicks off next weekend, where Winger and Racer of the Sea will celebrate their international premiere at the Surf Opening on Lake Neusiedl on 4 & 5 May, before moving on to the Surf festival on Fehmarn goes.
