The calendar for the California Windsurf Cup 2026 still has a few question marks, but it's worth all regatta fans making a note of a few dates in advance. The programme for the coming season once again includes the Summer Opening on Sylt on the Whitsun weekend and the German Championship at the end of July. The event in St. Peter-Ording has also already been confirmed for next year. There will also be a race weekend on the Baltic Sea in Pelzerhaken at the end of the season.
The season is also set to kick off at the Baltic Sea or a lake such as the Dümmer. The long first weekend in May is planned for this, but there is no confirmed spot yet.

ProAm Cups 2026
Some of the ProAm Cups have also already been finalised for next year: Lake Garda will host two of them, as well as the popular event on Lake Wittensee near Kiel. There will also be another regatta here in the spring, but the date and spot are still open.

The ProAm Cups are aimed at regatta newcomers who want to gain their first experience with a professional setup and can also compete with some more experienced racers. The competitions are organised by local surf clubs and take place at beginner-friendly spots.
