Big Sexy Pictures Film und Eventproduktion was founded in Hamburg in 2007 and began with self-produced surf films. BSP writes: "As a commercial team assistant - specialising in finance at Big Sexy Pictures in Hamburg, you will take on a range of responsibilities and tasks in the areas of office administration and finance.

• Coordination and control of current payment transactions
• Preparation of outgoing invoices and monitoring of the dunning process
• Checking incoming invoices and preparing financial accounting
• Interface to our external tax office
• Support with financial and cost planning
• Smaller independent projects to optimise processes in payments / digitalisation
• Assistance to the Management Board Finance and beyond
• Administrative activities in office organisation, HR and administration

Applicant profile

You are well organised and structured and have a good understanding of finance and accounting - you are also a good team player?

• Do you have practical experience in the commercial sector?
• Have you successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent?
• Are you experienced in using Excel and the MS Office package?
• Are you structured and able to familiarise yourself with and prioritise different topics?
• Do you have the desire and drive to continuously and independently implement ideas and improvements in your area and roll them out in our team?
