Learn to power jibe - but now the right way!
The glided power jibe is and remains the crux of many windsurfers' careers. It is one of the most elegant manoeuvres in windsurfing and at the same time one of the most complex. At the Jibe, Speed, Fitness & Fun Camp from 4 to 11 September on Rhodes, ex-JP managers will unlock the secrets of the perfect power jibe with you.

Martin Brandner, former F2 brand manager and founder and long-term manager of JP-AUSTRALIA, starts this exclusive camp from the goals where the real fun in windsurfing begins, and that is mastering the fully planed power jibe, but also fast planing and reaching high speeds. So if you finally want to stand 9 out of 10 jibes or perfect your jibes and get out of the jibe with almost the same speed as you went in and get really fast - then this is your camp.

With this camp, Martin offers a completely new event in which he uses the latest tools and techniques. He uses a drone to provide each participant with individual video analyses and has developed a special windsurfing simulator with which every single step of the power jibe can be practised, as well as the ideal speed position on the beach. By using a special mobile phone app and a waterproof mobile phone cover, all rides are recorded and you can track your speed progress exactly.

In addition to the power jibe training, there are also special fitness training sessions for windsurfers and warm-up and stretching exercises. Under the motto, how do I best prepare myself for windsurfing and protect myself from injury or overloading?

To keep the fun going, there will be three dinners together, where Martin will be available to answer any questions about the windsurfing business and the PWA World Cup and will be happy to share stories and anecdotes from 28 years in the international windsurfing business.

Martin Brandner: "With this camp, I want to help the participants to have even more fun windsurfing, because the glided power jibe finally works, they plane quickly and become really fast."
