The new surf is here! We have tested weed fins, show you great spots around Wilhelmshaven, cool moves for small waves and much more! In stores now!

It's no use! In summer, you can't avoid a weed fin at most Baltic Sea spots. When the good weed breaks free from the seabed in a storm and floats to the surface, almost nothing works without the unloved slanting fins. But instead of simply screwing a scraper under the board in resignation, some models allow you to enjoy your session to the full despite the seaweed! We have tested weed fins from the freeride, wave and freestyle sectors - some candidates are hardly inferior to their upright siblings in terms of performance!

Anyone who thinks of Wilhelmshaven only in terms of big pots and mudflats should take a look at our spot guide! Local Lasse Brudek tells you why the city on the Jade Bay is a very attractive place to live and work and where you can get out on the water in the area. This much can be revealed: Thanks to the curved coastline, you'll find a great spot for almost every wind direction!
