New surf magazine: Surf 2/2026 is here - boom test, camping Italy and Croatia, Robby Swift and more!

From the bed to the board - that's the ideal for many camping windsurfers. Park the van, set up the equipment and simply leave it ready after the session - no packing, no driving. In the first part of our camping series, we show you some places in Italy and Croatia where you can do just that! In the following issues, you can look forward to camping tips from other countries!

We also tested and measured 20 booms for you in the laboratory. How does an expensive carbon boom perform in terms of stiffness, how do inexpensive aluminium models fare and what can hybrid models do? On the test stand, all candidates had to show what they are made of under identical conditions - objectively measured and compared!

Wave veteran, windsurfing youtuber and young talent interviewed: Robby Swift looks back on his career in the World Cup, Nico Prien and his cameraman Lars Wichmann let us take a look behind the scenes of their YouTube videos and we introduce Erik Telser, a promising racing newcomer!
