September 2026: On the water with Björn Dunkerbeck - surf reader trip to Gran Canaria

In September you can go surfing with a real legend: RIW Touristik is offering a trip to Björn Dunkerbeck's windsurfing centre in Gran Canaria in collaboration with surf. For seven days, you can book various coaching sessions - in addition to windsurfing, the programme also includes surfing and SUP sessions at the best spots on the island. "I'll be there too and will be out on the water with the guests," announces Dunki.

"In September, we usually have a relaxed 10 to 25 knots at our centre in Playa del Inglés," says the 42-time world champion, describing the conditions. There is also a tour of the island with visits to coffee and banana plantations. A small contest and dinner with Björn await at the end. The trip from 10 to 17 September costs 1799 euros per person in a double room, including flight, half board and excursion, staying at the 4-star Hotel Gran Canaria Princess directly in Playa del Inglés.
