HiFly has been back for a little over a year now, and the former board brand wants to relaunch itself under the slogan Establish "A Legend reborn" as a label for trendy styles on the beach and in the city. This was already a great success at the Windsurf World Cup on Sylt, and this year HiFly will also be taking part in the surf festival on Fehmarn from 9 to 12 May.
HiFly has designed the official event T-shirt for this: With the classic logo, an old school board and retro colours, the shirt stands out - and of course the surf logo should not be missing!
Good news: Every vehicle in the beach camp gets a free event shirt. And everyone else can buy the shirt at the HiFly pop-up store on the festival site, where it is available in a limited edition.
HiFly returns as a lifestyle brand
In 2022, caps and hoodies with the well-known logo could be seen everywhere at the World Cup on Sylt. The former board brand was omnipresent until the mid-nineties with its affordable and robust thermoplastic boards, but also had technical treats such as the Sean Ordonez waveboard or racy red sandwich racers in its range. In its second life, it has now become a fashion and lifestyle brand.
"We think that the 'glorious days of windsurfing' could return and want to bring the brand back to the market, now repositioned as a lifestyle brand," Brand Director Hinrich Stürken explained to us some time ago. "There are so many people who have grown up with HiFly and have experienced stories with it. On top of that, this logo also brings positivity and a retro feel, which is why so many young people are interested in it and think it's cool."
