In the new surf Robby Naish talks about his company and his life, we test freeride foils, show you all-round spots in Denmark and go on a freestyle journey through time!

Robby Naish is and remains a unique icon and fascinates young and old water sports enthusiasts alike. The Questions from our readers for the legend on his 60th birthday are still widely read. He told John Carter how Robby's health and private life has progressed since then, what led him to sell his company and what his favourite equipment is. Naish has rarely opened up more and revealed his vulnerable side!

We tested five freeride foils and boards for wind ranges where fin surfing is still an option for the new issue of surf. "Surprisingly, many non-surfers, but also experienced windsurfers, still find wing foiling much more accessible than windsurf foiling," writes test director Stephan Gölnitz. "And it's easier and safer than ever to get started on good, modern windsurf foils and boards!" He believes that the boom in wing foiling should actually trigger a second windsurfing foil wave: "On a freeride foil, you can already fly at 10 or 11 knots in a relaxed manner. The speed becomes secondary, because there's usually no one on the water to compete with anyway. During this test, we also had the first twenty minutes of the leisurely southerly wind to ourselves several times!"

In Djursland, you can sometimes be completely alone on the water. The peninsula near Aarhus is definitely worth a trip for Denmark fans and can offer great windsurfing conditions. It also has a relaxed flair and plenty to experience! We'll take you with us and show you seven attractive surf spots around Grenå and Ebeltoft!
