On both test boards (Starboard Foil 147 and JP Foil 135), the wing was very stable and easy to control - even at high speeds. And the foil is definitely fast, the feeling of speed impressed at least our testers. Despite the very early onset of lift, it remains easy to control even when powered up and does not produce excessive lift. It is easy to steer into the jibe, even with a lot of speed and a little cornering, very similar to planing windsurfing. It does not develop an unpredictable life of its own and keeps the board in the air for a long time.
