On land: Thin pads for the fast Rocket, thick absorbers for the bouncy 3S - a perfect match. In addition to the normal freeride position, the Rocket offers a far-out race setup for the straps. The 3S offers an additional freestyle wave option on the inside.
On the water: If you don't do anything, you can't do anything wrong - and in the case of the unchanged Rocket, this is invariably a good thing. The market needs a board like this: a really easy to ride, super-fast board that is sufficiently sporty, yet always remains cushioned and as controllable as possible. Because the Rocket doesn't fly exclusively over the back foot, the pressure is more evenly distributed and you never - really never - have the feeling that it could shoot into the sky with its nose in some hammer gust. Even when completely overpowered, you can keep your lead foot down on the Langebaan choppy piste and stay relaxed until you reach the military area opposite. The board is also just as confident through wide and medium gybe radii, making it ideal for classic moves from duck jibe to backwind jibe, because it glides through and carves well. The standing position is very comfortable both on the outside and inside, so the speed run can be a kilometre longer.
