Bullet was launched in April 2025. I’m Matteo Baruchello, the founder of Bullet, and I live and work in Italy, and together with a small team of collaborators and windsurfers from Lake Garda, I oversee development, testing, and brand direction. Bullet is a project created by riders, shaped by the needs and experience of those who practice this discipline every day.
Bullet was born out of a need, not a financial calculation: we wanted to create a brand capable of dedicating all its resources to a single discipline, slalom fin racing, while also proposing a new way to understand the relationship between riders and sponsors. The choice is both technical and ideological. In recent years, fin racing has often been marginalized in favor of foiling and wing, but for us it remains a current, pure, and unique discipline. We felt the need to give it space again and represent it with a brand that truly believes in its value. To reinforce this identity, we invest resources in direct support for riders: our goal is to help them progress, train, and grow supported, with technical, organizational, and financial support proportionate to the brand’s possibilities.

The range includes three models: MB-PRO 63, 71, and 85, designed to cover all slalom fin conditions. To keep prices reasonable for competitive sailors, who often need to update their equipment, we sell exclusively through our website, without intermediaries.
After a thorough evaluation, we chose Terminatech in Tunisia as our production partner, for precision and hight quality materials. All three models are full-carbon boards made in molds.
Yes. Our market is a defined niche: riders who want a real relationship with their brand, not just a purchase. With Bullet, you don’t just get a board: you enter a path with technical, organizational, and financial support, designed to allow riders to train, compete in major races, and grow supported. At the same time, we address those who love slalom and want access to truly specialized equipment: we produce only slalom fin boards, designed for riders, not for a general audience. This allows enthusiasts to acquire gear specifically meant to improve race performance and fully experience the discipline. Even those who don’t practice slalom can follow our journey and appreciate our passion for the sport.

Yes, we aim to be present in both PWA and IFCA events. Our philosophy does not include internal hierarchies: we do not have a salaried top rider, as this would impose the same cost level on the whole team, creating an unsustainable model. However, if a top rider shares our vision and wants to join the project, we would be happy to collaborate. I myself, as a competitive sailor, intend to participate in the main events with Bullet.
We aim to bring attention back to fin windsurfing and make the athletes’ path more accessible. The trend in recent years has shown a distancing from racing: our goal is to reverse this trend by creating a brand close to the athletes and genuinely committed to their growth, without compromising passion or respect for the discipline.
