Similar to the Nano, the F2 could also be described as a comfort race board. The board glides very freely, is very easy to ride, the standing position is also very comfortable in the outer strap positions and the straps are cosy and soft. Perhaps also because its dimensions are right in the middle of the group, it should appeal to many surfers in terms of riding feel - it is neither conspicuously compact like a starboard nor old-fashioned long.
Despite the free planing position, the board doesn't hit hard and is easy to keep under control upwind. In the jibe, you have to push the board, which looks very large overall, quite hard and steer it through the turns with a bit of feeling. Overall, the F2 should appeal to ambitious freeriders as well as intermediates, especially in the available, lighter construction.
StrengthsVery comfortable, good performance, stand and loops very comfortable.
