We tried out eight children's sails for light to strong winds for you with our little testers. Here you can find an overview of all the test models and find out how the rigs differ in terms of features and quality.

The right equipment is crucial for children to enjoy windsurfing. Special children's rigs are ideal for beginners and experienced kids alike, as they are made of lightweight materials and thin components adapted to smaller hands. There are different concepts on the market, all of which are more or less suitable for beginners and light winds. But as soon as the kids go out on the water in stronger winds, surf in the loops or even have planing manoeuvres and their first trips into the waves on the agenda, the wheat is separated from the chaff. You can find out which sails score points in all conditions and which models only have a very limited range of use in the test of the eight children's sails in surf 7-2024.
