Hardly any other sailing group is as diverse as this one, and in no other class can you find a more colourful mix for every requirement. Between balanced compromise solutions for speed and manoeuvring, there are models that can keep up with the thoroughbred wave specialists (Tushingham), but also freeride engines with clear performance characteristics, characterised by a large profile, flared outhaul and fewer reinforcements (Naish). Measuring between five and seven square metres, the freemoving sails therefore represent an interesting range for almost every taste and are real alternatives to the specialised cloths from the freestyle, wave or freeride camp.
