With the Model ART v2 Foil manufacturer Axis has expanded its own range. The new model is intended to combine the advantages of two existing models - namely the smooth carving characteristics of the Spitfire and the low-drag, fast gliding of the model ART Pro.
The fusion of these two models into the ART v2 is also evident when you look at the outline of the wing. With an aspect ratio of around ten (= the ratio of surface area to wingspan), the ART v2 sits exactly between the two models mentioned.

And for freestyle use, Axis wants to reinforce the ART v2 with high-quality carbon for additional rigidity. The ART v2 wings are available in three sizes. The ART v2 999 has a wingspan of 99.9 cm and a surface area of 1038 cm2. Two smaller versions are also available - the ART 939 (93.9 cm/900 cm2) and the ART 879 (87.9 cm/790 cm2).
