The Kellenhusen Water Sports Centre will host the ‘Racer & Winger of the Sea’ on the second weekend in August. 1001GRAD Events is organising the event, which is aimed at wing foilers and windsurfers. The focus is on competitions on the water, complemented by a supporting programme featuring product trials, expert advice and evening events. The location on the Baltic Sea offers direct beach access for spectators and participants alike. The event is aimed at both active athletes and those interested in getting to know the scene. Participants can stay overnight on a campsite right next to the venue, which enhances the community atmosphere.
Races and competition formats

A sundowner right by the water sports centre kicks off the evening. DJ Kjeld Hansen will create a festival atmosphere with his live set, keeping the party going into the small hours. The event is deliberately open to visitors, friends and family of the athletes as well. The campsite offers space for participants and their guests, making it easy to stay for several days.
