Ensis has revised the Rock'n'Roll line: the compact wingfoil boards are said to offer improved touchdown behaviour and reduced swing weight and cover freeride, freestyle and wave use.

The new Rock'n'Roll boards from Ensis comprise two construction variants for different requirements in the wingfoil sector. According to the manufacturer, the Rock'n'Roll is aimed at riders from beginners to experts who are looking for a versatile board with good stability. The Rock'n'Roll Ace is aimed at advanced to experienced riders who prefer a lighter and more responsive construction. Both models share the compact outline with a wide nose and tapered tail section. According to Ensis, this shape is aimed at active take-off and improved control during technical manoeuvres. The lowered deck creates a direct connection to the foil and enables fast reactions during carving turns, jumps and freestyle tricks, they promise. The reduced dimensions reduce the swing weight while maintaining stability and responsiveness during the ride.

The wide nose shape with pronounced nose kick absorbs touchdowns and landings. The board quickly returns to the foil and minimises interruptions in the flow. This forgiving but performance-oriented behaviour gives riders more confidence in new manoeuvres, freestyle attempts and technical riding situations where quick reacceleration is crucial, says Ensis. The efficient rocker line and balanced volume distribution are designed to offer smooth take-offs, stable touchdowns and intuitive handling in a variety of conditions.

Rock'n'Roll Ace: lightweight construction for performance

The Ensis Rock'n'Roll Ace is the premium version within the Rock'n'Roll line. The construction uses high-quality carbon, PVC and a lightweight EPS core. This combination of materials provides a more direct ride feel, increased responsiveness and improved manoeuvrability for advanced wingfoil riders. The reduced weight optimises handling during jumps, spins, carving transitions and technical freestyle manoeuvres. According to the manufacturer, the balanced and forgiving performance that characterises this series is retained.
