The Fanatic Sky Free TE Wingboard is now available in two new sizes with 95 and 105 litres of volume, which should appeal primarily to intermediate wingfoil riders and freeriders.

With the Sky Free TE model, manufacturer Fanatic wants to take the next step and, above all, appeal to all those who have already had their first wingsurfing experiences and are beyond the beginner stage. Two sizes, 95 and 105 litres, have been optimised for stability, control and early planing. Sharp tear-off edges have been added to the rear of the board to guarantee a clean water tear-off in the start-up phase and ensure that the board does not get stuck, but instead effortlessly reaches the required take-off speed.

The Sky Free TE model is available as a 5'3 (95 litres) or a 5'5 with 105 litres

On the deck, multiple loop plugs should offer the option of adjusting the standing position perfectly to each foil. The scope of delivery includes three straps, and the deck pad is now said to be slightly thicker than on the previous Sky Wing model ( HERE there's a test).

The manufacturer also wants to have adapted the construction; the Fanatic Sky Free TE comes in a PVC-carbon sandwich technology that is said to be comparable to that of high-quality windsurf boards. This should also make the boards significantly more robust - although this is also reflected in the price. At 2099 euros, the models are definitely at the top end of the market.

Further information is also available HERE on the manufacturer's website.
