More and more brands are launching inflatable wingboards on the market - now also from Fanatic. The Sky Air Premium model is now available in three sizes: 5'4 (103 litres), 5'8 (120 litres) and 5'10 (150 litres). The highlight is said to be a stable carbon plate on the underside of the board, in which the foil should sit as firmly as is usual with hardboards.

The Fanatic Sky Air Premium is available in three sizes

Depending on the size, the board weighs between 7.5 and 8.7 kilos and costs 1199 euros. The model is supplied with a bag, straps and a pump, which can also be used to inflate wings thanks to an adapter.

Manuel Vogel, born in 1981, lives in Kiel and learned to windsurf at the age of six at his father's surf school. In 1997, he completed his training as a windsurfing instructor and worked for over 15 years as a windsurfing instructor in various centers, at Kiel University sports and in the coaching team of the “Young Guns” freestyle camps. He has been part of the surf test team since 2003. After completing his teaching degree in 2013, he followed his heart and started as editor of surf magazine for the test and riding technique sections. Since 2021, he has also been active in wingfoiling - mainly at his home spots on the Baltic Sea or in the waves of Denmark.
