JP Australia introduces the M-Winger, a new wingfoil board designed for a wide range of conditions. The board is designed to combine the advantages of different concepts and enable early starts and the fastest planing.

JP-Australia is expanding its wingfoil range: according to the manufacturer, the new M-Winger is designed for a wide range of conditions - from light wind wingfoiling to downwind foiling. The board combines the strengths of different concepts and unites the advantages of the downwind SUP model with proven compact wingfoil designs.

The centrepiece of the M-Winger is its streamlined shape. A narrow outline and a stretched length are intended to ensure fast gliding and early take-offs. According to JP, the rounded fuselage in the bow area merges seamlessly into a flat floor under the footprint. This combination makes it possible to gain speed effortlessly and offers immediate lift and stability until take-off. The developers paid particular attention to the rear design. This not only reduces resistance and helps with acceleration, but also makes it easier to push the tail down when pumping.

New tracks for easy foil assembly

The M-Winger is not just a light wind board, but is fun in a variety of conditions, emphasises JP-Australia. It is promised that large wings are not necessary for good performance. The use of smaller wings also increases control and manoeuvrability. The slightly concave footprint with the option of three straps ensures a more direct feel over the foil.

The redesigned tracks now had large openings for easy mounting of the foil to the board. The nuts can simply be inserted into the track while they are mounted on the foil. The foil can then be slid into position and the screws tightened. Additional openings in the tracks have been deliberately omitted so as not to compromise their structural integrity. All boards with the new tracks are now equipped with a standard set of four plates.

Between the tracks there is a scale for positioning the foil, which is reflected in the design of the deck EVA pad. This allows the rider to find the exact position of the foil in relation to the rear foot position.

The JP-Australia M-Winger is available in sizes 105, 120 and 135 litres. Further information at jp-australia.com
