Duotone Slick SLS Wing - new design, new material mix

With changes to the profile and outline, a different material mix and a redesign of the windows, Duotone wants to make the new wing even lighter. Accordingly, the Slick SLS, which will be available in four colour variants, will feature a material calledPenta TX which should be light and very stiff at the same time, giving the wing crisp, direct handling. According to Duotone designer Ken Winner, the outline has also been fundamentally adapted to take control and neutrality to a new level:

The SLS is said to be significantly more forgiving than its predecessor. Gusts are better absorbed

However, the tried-and-tested boom system of the previous Slick model has been retained, which is inserted without tools before inflation and fixed in place by inflating the wing. Wingsurfers can therefore also choose between a carbon or aluminium boom for the Slick SLS.
