The EOS V3 has been fundamentally revised
Wingspan, profile, boom concept - Vayu has given the all-round model EOS a comprehensive update in its third version.

For the third version of the EOS Wing, manufacturer Vayu has left hardly a stone unturned. Almost all important aspects of the Wing design are said to have been revised in order to further improve the Wing. Compared to the previous model, the EOS 2 (here is a test report)The wingspan has been reduced by a few centimetres, which should ensure a more compact flight behaviour in manoeuvres, rotations and also in the hands of smaller riders. The design of the centre strut is also new - it now bends in a z-shape to create space for the hands. While the in-house Click-Boom concept was previously only available for an extra charge, it is now included as standard on the Vayu EOS 3.

According to the manufacturer, an element made of stiff Aluula material in the front tube area provides a rigid base frame. However, the general orientation of the wing within the Vayu range has not changed: the EOS 3 is still positioned as a compact all-rounder with a large wind range and maximum potential for manoeuvres and freestyle tricks, while its stretched sister model, the Aura 4, is designed to score points with slightly more light wind power and better drift behaviour on the wave. The EOS 3 will be available in eight sizes (2.5/3.0/3.5/4.0/4.5/5.0/5.5/6.0sqm) and, depending on the size, cost between 999 and 1189 euros.
