The "Rookie Revolution Camp" is coming to the Brouwersdam at Easter!
The second "Rookie Revolution Camp" for children and young people runs from 5 to 9 April. This time it's off to Brouwersdam in the Netherlands.

Lina Erpenstein and Felix Volkhardt launched the "Rookie Revolution Camp" last year. After the kick-off in Prasonisi, the second edition will take place in Brouwersdam at Easter. At the all-round spot in the Netherlands, up to 15 participants can hone their moves and learn new tricks with the professional coaches.

The camp is aimed at children, teenagers and young adults from 10 to around 20 years of age. Safe gliding in loops and harness is a prerequisite, and going upwind should not be a problem. The content ranges from the basics to advanced freestyle or wave manoeuvres, depending on the participants' interests. With a maximum of five students per coach, the groups remain small and manageable.

In addition to immediate feedback on the water, the camp also includes a video analysis. The professional clips and images can also be used privately afterwards. At the end of the camp, the programme includes a fun contest with prizes from partner Severne and Maui Ultra Fins. The cost of the five-day camp with coaching, lunch and dinner is around 700 euros.

Tobi is our digital man, he looks after the surf website and social media channels and gets on everyone's nerves every morning by asking for more pictures and videos. His surfing CV includes all the famous choppy water spots: As a teenager, he went from his home in Münsterland to the Ijsselmeer or the Brouwersdam, and during his civilian service on Sylt, after countless washes on the west side, the Königshafen became his preferred spot. After studying in Kiel and Heidkate, he was supposed to go to Hamburg “only for a short time”, but this short time has lasted for over ten years and has made him a “weekend warrior”. He goes on tour with his family and camper van as often as possible, often to the Baltic Sea, SPO or Denmark, but also likes to go to Finland, Sweden or Sardinia.
