APM Marketing distributes Starboard, Severne, Freewing and AK Durable Supply in Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland - a complete range for windsurfing, wingfoiling, SUP and kitesurfing. The Wolfratshausen-based company is now looking to strengthen its marketing team.
A Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) is to be recruited as soon as possible. According to APM, the tasks include
- Media planning for print and online magazines
- Planning, budgeting and creation of marketing materials (print & online)
- Correspondence with magazines, agencies and printers, including price negotiations
- Organisation and implementation of events
- Preparation of marketing budgets
- Communication with head office, dealers and end customers
- Maintenance and support of our social media channels
Applicants should have this profile:
- Completed training or studies in marketing, event management, business administration or similar.
- Good knowledge of windsurfing, kitesurfing and/or SUP is an advantage
- Professional experience in marketing is an advantage
- Extensive IT skills (Windows, MS Office, Photoshop, WordPress)
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Negotiating skills, cost awareness and an affinity for numbers
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Service-orientated thinking and acting
- Assertiveness and ability to work in a team

Tobi is our digital man, he looks after the surf website and social media channels and gets on everyone's nerves every morning by asking for more pictures and videos.
