ION has reworked its women's neos and is launching a purple-pink design for this year, reminiscent of special sunsets. From long-sleeved neos to bikinis, everything is included.

Under the tongue-twisting name " Cotton Candy Sky Capsule Collection ", ION is launching a new line of summer neos for women. Cotton Candy Sky" refers to the moment of a particularly atmospheric sunset when the clouds turn purple and pink - "the most beautiful moment after being on the water", as the ION press release puts it. Accordingly, the colour scheme of the collection is also purple and pink.

However, in addition to the design, the focus was also on functionality and a good fit. The "Amaze Core" long-sleeved neo has the "Stretchy Hot Stuff" material for good thermal insulation and flexibility at the same time, and the stress zones are also reinforced. The suit is available as a 4/3 with front or back zip and as a 3/2 with front zip.

For warmer days, there is the "Hot Shorty", a thin neo with a small leg attachment and long arms. The two-piece "Neokini" is also made of thin neoprene. If it gets too cold, a long-sleeved neo top is also available.

The collection also includes a two-piece surf bikini and a long-sleeved swimming costume for optimum sun protection. A neoprene hoodie, a poncho, an impact protection waistcoat and a harness in the "Cotton Candy Sky" design are also available.

"A design more than a design," enthuses the flowery ION text. "The 'Cotton Candy Sky Design' reflects emotions. Dedicated to those who stay until the very end."

Tobi is our digital man, he looks after the surf website and social media channels and gets on everyone's nerves every morning by asking for more pictures and videos. His surfing CV includes all the famous choppy water spots: As a teenager, he went from his home in Münsterland to the Ijsselmeer or the Brouwersdam, and during his civilian service on Sylt, after countless washes on the west side, the Königshafen became his preferred spot. After studying in Kiel and Heidkate, he was supposed to go to Hamburg “only for a short time”, but this short time has lasted for over ten years and has made him a “weekend warrior”. He goes on tour with his family and camper van as often as possible, often to the Baltic Sea, SPO or Denmark, but also likes to go to Finland, Sweden or Sardinia.
